Copperworks – American Single Malt Whiskey R31 (75cl)

Copperworks American Single Malt R31 is a single malt whiskey in a 75cl bottle. It combines six casks distilled from the Five Malt recipe with one cask of a Single Variety Malt grown and malted near Seattle. All the casks were aged for at least 32 months in charred new American oak. The nose has browned butter, orange cream and grapefruit peel, then ripe blackberry and spice. The palate brings honeydew, cut hay, Thai basil and melon rind. The finish has blackberry, tomato vine, fruit and a slight, sweet brininess.
