Copperworks – Tequila Cask American Single Malt R37 (75cl)

Copperworks Tequila Cask is an American single malt made in collaboration with Arette Tequila. It began as the Five Malt recipe, matured for 28 months in a new American oak cask with a number 3 char, then moved into an Arette Tequila cask for just over ten months of finishing. The nose brings menthol, cherry-vanilla and a little chalk. Red Vines and grapefruit juice lead the palate, with sweetgrass emerging through a rich, caramelly body. The finish ends on grapefruit and sour apple.
