Cornish Rock Single Malt Whiskey is a three-year-old single malt in a 70cl bottle, released under the Rock Gin brand. It is made from pale malt, fermented and then triple distilled in copper pot stills.
The spirit matured for its three years in ex French red wine barrels. Before bottling it was blended with Cornish spring water, and each bottle is filled by hand.
