Corowa Distilling Co. – Quick's Courage Single Malt (50cl, 46%)

Quick's Courage is a single malt from Corowa Distilling Co. in Australia, bottled at 46% in a 50cl bottle. It is named after Sir John Quick, who campaigned for the federation of the Australian colonies, a cause the distillery links to its home town of Corowa. The whisky was first matured in an American oak Bourbon barrel. It then spent its final months in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks. The distillery describes the result as a combination of butterscotch, oak and sherry sweetness.
