Corsair Triple Smoke American Single Malt Whiskey

Triple Smoke is an American single malt from Corsair Distillery, made with three separately smoked malts: cherrywood from Wisconsin, beechwood from Germany and peat from Scotland. The spirit is pot distilled and aged in new American charred oak. Corsair uses no artificial flavours or colours. The three smokes are there to give a consistent, balanced smoke from the nose through to the finish. On the palate, smoke and cherry come through, followed by a slight brininess from the mossy peat.
