This is an English single malt from the Cotswolds Distillery, made with Odyssey barley, a heritage grain. It was distilled in 2014 and bottled in 2017 at 46%, after three years in first-fill casks. Around 6,800 bottles were released, in 70cl size.
The nose is malty and fresh, with vanilla, honey and light citrus. The palate is creamy and full, with grain, toffee, soft spices and fresh wood. The finish is medium long, warm and slightly spicy, with lingering malt.
