Cotswolds 2016 Odyssey Barley English Whisky (70cl)

This is Odyssey Barley from the Cotswolds Distillery, a 2016 English whisky in a 70cl bottle. The distillery was founded in 2013 in Stourton, in the heart of the Cotswolds. It is natural colour and non-chill filtered. The nose is sweetly perfumed, with caramel, vanilla and butterscotch. The palate is rich and full, with hints of liquorice, malt and juniper berries. The finish brings apricots, apple peel and mineral citrus notes.
