This is the 2017 Odyssey Barley, an English whisky from Cotswolds Distillery, bottled at 46% ABV.
Cotswolds leaves its whiskies free of chill-filtration and added colouring, and this bottling follows that practice. At the distillery, the Signature single malt is vatted from 70 per cent STR red wine casks and 30 per cent bourbon casks.
