This is a six year old English whisky from the Cotswolds Distillery, which was founded in 2014 in Shipston-on-Stour. It was distilled in 2016 and bottled in 2022 as a single cask.
The spirit matured in a Spanish oak hogshead that previously held dry, nutty Oloroso sherry. It was bottled straight from the cask at a strength of 59.9% ABV, filling 297 bottles.
