Cotswolds Distillery – Bourbon Cask Single Malt Whisky (70cl)

Cotswolds Distillery Bourbon Cask is an English single malt matured entirely in first-fill ex-bourbon casks, made from American white oak and brought over from Kentucky. It is bottled at cask strength, with natural colour and without chill filtration. The barley is grown locally in the Cotswolds and traditionally floor malted. The nose is rich in vanilla, orchard fruit and toasty oak. The palate is smooth, leading to a honeyed, malty finish.
