Cotswolds Distillery Peated Cask is an English single malt aged in ex-peated quarter casks. These are much smaller than a standard whisky cask.
The smaller casks give the whisky a delicate smokiness that is well integrated rather than overpowering. It is a gentle take on peat.
The Cotswolds Distillery was founded in 2013 in Stourton, in the heart of the Cotswolds.
