This is a single malt from the Cotswolds Distillery, distilled from locally grown barley. It was matured in American and Spanish oak barrels that previously held Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherries.
The distillery was founded in 2013 in Stourton. This bottling won a Gold Medal at the World Whiskies Awards 2025.
The nose is toasty fruitcake with spiced apple, brown sugar and candied ginger. The palate brings orange peel, dried fruits and vanilla.
