Cotswolds Distillery – Signature Single Malt (70cl)

Cotswolds Signature is the original single malt from the Cotswolds Distillery, founded in 2013 in Stourton, and the first single malt distilled in the Cotswolds. It is made from locally grown barley and distilled in copper pot stills. The whisky is aged in a mix of ex-bourbon and red wine casks. It is usually described as having honey, butterscotch and stoned orchard fruits, with a hint of marzipan, followed by treacle and spiced marmalade.
