Peated Cask is a cask strength English single malt from Cotswolds, bottled at 59.6%. It is handcrafted in small batches from barley that is all grown locally and malted in the traditional way. The whisky matured entirely in ex-peated quarter casks.
On the palate there are subtle notes of peat smoke alongside the vanilla of the oak and the fruitiness of the spirit. The distillers liken it to smoky vanilla ice cream.
