Cotswolds Sherry Cask is an English single malt from the Cotswolds Distillery, matured in a combination of American and Spanish oak hogsheads and butts that previously held oloroso or Pedro Ximenez sherry. The nose brings brown sugar, cherry pie and roasted coffee beans. On the palate come plums, chocolate, toasted almonds and peppery oak.
