Cù Bòcan Signature Single Malt (70cl, 46%)

Cù Bòcan Signature is the core expression of Cù Bòcan, a lightly smoky single malt from Tomatin, in a 70cl bottle. Tomatin launched the brand in 2013, and the range was later renewed with this bottle and a new design by Thirst Craft. It carries no age statement and matured in a mix of bourbon barrels, Oloroso sherry casks and virgin American oak. It is bottled at 46%, non-chill-filtered and of natural colour, and won a double gold at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition 2023. The nose is herbal and malty with light smoke, citrus, vanilla, honey, apple and white grape. The palate is light, peppery and a little dry, with cereal, biscuit, blackberry, redcurrant and pear. The finish is medium and sweet, with smoke fading quickly.
