Dad's Hat Port Wine Finish Rye is a Pennsylvania rye whiskey from Dad's Hat, made by Mountain Laurel Spirits in Bristol and sold in a 750ml bottle.
It is double-finished: the rye spends a further three months in barrels that previously held port wine. The port barrels bring a rich, fruity sweetness that sits alongside the spice of the rye.
