Dad's Hat Vermouth Finish Rye is a double-matured rye whiskey. The brand's classic rye, already aged for at least six months, spends a further three months in barrels that previously held Quady Winery's Vya Sweet Vermouth.
The result pairs the warm, balanced flavour of American vermouth with a smooth, spicy rye character.
