Daftmill – 13 Years Old 2013 Summer Batch Release

This is a 13 year old single malt from Daftmill, the family-owned farm distillery in Fife. It comes from a Summer Batch Release of 3,775 bottles. The whisky was distilled in summer 2013 and bottled in June 2026. It was drawn from fourteen first fill ex-bourbon barrels that matured on the upper level of the dunnage warehouse. The barley was the Concerto variety, grown in the South fields and harvested on the 2nd and 3rd of September 2011. It was dried and stored on the farm, then malted in Alloa in the spring of 2012.
