This is a 15 year old Daftmill bottled at natural cask strength, 55.7% ABV, in a 70cl bottle. It was released in 2022 from whisky distilled in 2006.
The bottling brings together twenty eight casks, all first fill ex-bourbon barrels. Daftmill is a Lowland farm distillery run by the Cuthbert family, which distils only in the farm's quiet periods, at midsummer and in winter.
The Chariot barley was grown on the farm's Dam Park and Curling Pond fields and harvested on 31st August 2004. It was among the last to be malted in Fife by Robert Kilgour & Co before they closed.
