Daftmill – 2006 Winter Release (2018)

Daftmill 2006 Winter Release is a Lowland single malt from the family-owned Daftmill Distillery in Fife. It was distilled in December 2006 and bottled in 2018 as a seasonal, small-batch release. The whisky was drawn from six first-fill ex-bourbon barrels, and 1,625 bottles were produced. Orchard fruit, honeyed sweetness and bourbon cask influence mark its character, in keeping with the distillery's farm-to-bottle approach.
