Daftmill 2009 15 Year Old Fife Strength is a Lowland single malt bottled by the distillery in 2024 at 56.3% ABV, in a 70cl bottle. It has no added colouring and has not been chill-filtered. It is the third release of Daftmill's official 15-year-old. The batch was vatted from a small number of first fill ex-bourbon barrels together with a Pedro Ximenez sherry butt. It is the first time a batch of the 15-year-old has included any sherry-matured whisky. The character is clean and biscuity, with barley sugar notes and hints of dark fruit from the sherry cask.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
