Daftmill – 2009/2024 15 Years Old Fife Strength (70cl, 56.3%)

Daftmill 15 Years Old is a Lowland single malt distilled in 2009 and bottled in 2024 at 56.3%, in a 70cl bottle. It is non-chill-filtered and without added colour. Daftmill is a family farm, run by the Cuthbert family, which has used its own barley for whisky since 2005 and distils only in the quieter part of the farming year. This is the distillery's oldest single malt with an age statement. The Optic barley came from the southern fields of the farm. The whisky matured in 20 first-fill bourbon barrels and one sherry cask previously holding Pedro Ximenez.
