Daftmill 2009 Single Cask is a Lowland single malt from the family-owned Daftmill Distillery in Fife. It was distilled in 2009, matured in a single sherry butt and bottled in 2020 for the UK market.
The butt gave 629 numbered bottles. The whisky pairs Daftmill's orchard fruit style with the depth of sherry cask maturation.
