Daftmill 2009 Single Cask is a Lowland single malt from the family-owned Daftmill Distillery in Fife. It was distilled in 2009, matured in a single sherry butt and bottled in 2021 for the UK market.
Only 700 individually numbered bottles were released. The sherry maturation adds richness to the distillery's farm-to-bottle style, which is associated with orchard fruit.
