Daftmill – 2010/2011-2026 15 Year Old Fife Strength (70cl, 56.3%)

A 15 year old Lowland single malt from Daftmill, bottled by the distillery at its Fife Strength of 56.3% in a 70cl bottle. The spirit was distilled between November 2010 and January 2011 and bottled in June 2026. It was drawn from seventeen first-fill ex-bourbon barrels, matured in the upper level of Warehouse 2. The barley was Publican, grown in the farm's 43-acre field, harvested in August 2009 and malted in Alloa in the summer of 2010. Daftmill is a small farm distillery near Cupar in Fife. The Cuthbert family began production there in 2005 and distil seasonally, around the farming calendar.
