Daftmill 2011/2026 is a 15 year old Lowland single malt, an original bottling from the Fife farm distillery at 56.3% ABV, in a 70cl bottle. It was distilled in 2011 and bottled in June 2026.
The whisky matured in 17 first-fill ex-bourbon casks. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colour.
The nose is fresh with lemon peel and lemon cream, alongside vanilla cream and sweet pastry that recall lemon meringue pie. The palate is rich and rounded, with soft caramel, vanilla and lively citrus, keeping a fresh, grassy character. The finish is long, with citrus oils, gentle oak spice and a light sweetness.
