Daftmill 2011 Single Cask #97 is a Lowland single malt from a single sherry cask, filled in 2011 and bottled in 2025 at 13 years old. It was an exclusive release for the U.K. and is presented at 59.8% ABV in a 70cl bottle. The cask yielded 642 bottles.
Daftmill is a farm distillery owned and run by the Cuthbert family. It operates only in the farm's quiet periods, mid-summer and winter, sometimes making as few as 100 casks a year. Francis Cuthbert also looks after the estate, where the malting barley for the whisky is grown.
