Daftmill – 2011 Winter Batch (70cl)

Daftmill 2011 Winter Batch Release is a Lowland single malt drawn from 27 first-fill ex-bourbon casks. They were filled in December 2011 and matured on the upper floor of the Daftmill warehouse until bottling in 2024. The barley was Publican, grown in the distillery's 43 acre field and harvested by John and Sandy on 28 and 29 August 2009. It was then dried and stored on the farm, and malted in Alloa in the summer of 2010.
