This is the Inaugural Release 2005 from Daftmill, a family-owned and operated distillery in the heart of the kingdom of Fife. It is a seasonal distillery, and Francis Cuthbert looks after the estate and grows and malts the barley when not distilling.
Three casks were used for this bottling, and 629 individually numbered bottles were produced, each 70cl. This is bottle number 222.
