Daftmill – Summer 2013 Single Malt (70cl, 46%)

This is the Summer Batch of Daftmill's 2013 single malt, from a family-owned farm that has distilled whisky in a converted old mill building since 2005. The barley is grown on the farm and the water comes from its own well. Francis Cuthbert vatted fourteen first-fill Bourbon casks for the release. They matured on the upper levels of the farm's dunnage warehouse and were bottled in June 2026 at 46%, in a 70cl bottle.
