A single malt from Daftmill, the Lowland farm distillery run by the Cuthbert family, released as the UK Edition of the Summer Batch of 2008.
The barley was the Optic variety, grown in the South fields, harvested in the last week of August 2006 and malted in Alloa in the summer of 2007. Six first fill ex-bourbon barrels were distilled and filled in summer 2008 to make this bottling.
It is one of 1,760 bottles.
