Daftmill – Winter 2006 Single Cask #77 Europe Exclusive (70cl)

This is a single cask Daftmill from the Winter release, filled on 16th December 2006 into a first-fill ex-Heaven Hill bourbon barrel, number 77. The cask is a sister to those bottled for the 2018 Winter Batch, and this bottling was made for Europe. It is one of 213 bottles. Daftmill is a farm distillery run by the Cuthbert family, who grow all the barley they use on site. It operates only in the quiet periods of mid-summer and mid-winter, and was licensed to produce spirit in 2005.
