Daftmill – Winter 2006 Single Cask #89 for Luvians

This is a single cask Lowland single malt from Daftmill, a farm distillery run by the Cuthbert family, bottled exclusively for Luvians. The cask is a first fill bourbon barrel, filled on 29 December 2006 and the last full cask filled that year. Luvians is a Fife family business run by the Fusaro brothers, whose friendship with the Cuthberts goes back to 1962. The two families chose Cask 89 together, as a celebration of their partnership. This is bottle 166 of 230.
