Daftmill – Winter Batch Release 13 Year Old 2012/2026 (46%)

This is the Winter Batch release from Daftmill, the farm distillery in Fife. It was distilled on 25 December 2012, matured for 13 years in the distillery's dunnage warehouse and bottled in February 2026 at 46% ABV, giving 3,475 bottles. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colour. Owner Francis Cuthbert chose first fill bourbon casks together with a high share of Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry hogsheads. The Cuthbert family grows the Concerto barley on its own fields. Caramelised pineapple, wild berries, vanilla caramel and white pepper are the notes most often described.
