Daftmill – Winter Batch Release 2007 UK Edition

Daftmill Winter Batch Release is a Lowland single malt from a farm distillery owned and run by the Cuthbert family, which distils only in the farm's quiet periods. The UK edition is drawn from seven first-fill ex-bourbon barrels, distilled and filled in November 2007. The Optic barley was grown in the farm's South fields, harvested in the last week of August 2006 and malted in Alloa in the summer of 2007. This is bottle 1 of 1,785.
