Daftmill – Winter Batch Release 2010 (70cl, 46%)

Daftmill Winter Batch Release 2010 is a single malt from a Lowland farm distillery run by the Cuthbert family, who grow all the barley they use on site. The barley was Publican, grown in the 43 acre field and harvested in August 2009, then malted in Alloa in the summer of 2010. The whisky comes from twenty-five first-fill ex-bourbon barrels, filled in November and December 2010. They matured in the distillery's dunnage warehouse until bottling in 2023 at 46% ABV, in a run of 6,550 bottles of 70cl.
