Daftmill – Winter Batch Release 2011/2024 (46%)

Daftmill Winter Batch Release 2011/2024 is a 12-year-old Lowland single malt from a family-run farm distillery, which distils only in the quieter months between farm work. The barley was Publican, harvested on the farm in late August 2009 and malted at Crisp Malt in Alloa. The spirit was filled in December 2011 into 27 first-fill bourbon casks and bottled in 2024 at 46%, giving 7,500 bottles. It is non-chill-filtered with no added colour. Ripe orchard fruit, fine grain and a subtle vanilla sweetness are the notes associated with Daftmill.
