A single malt from Daftmill, the Cuthbert family's farm distillery, released as the Winter Batch of 2011 at 46% in a 70cl bottle.
The barley is the Publican variety, grown on the farm. The whisky was filled into bourbon barrels in 2011 and rested in the distillery's dunnage warehouse until it was bottled in 2024. Daftmill runs only in the farm's quiet periods, in mid-summer and mid-winter.
