Daftmill Winter Batch Release 2011 is a Lowland single malt from Fife, drawn from 27 ex-bourbon barrels and bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle.
The barrels were filled in December 2011 and the whisky was bottled in 2024 at 12 years old, a few weeks short of its next birthday. 7,500 bottles were made.
It is described as quintessentially Lowland, with honeyed barley, marzipan, vanilla and sweet grassy notes.
