Dalmore – 10 Year Old 2015 (James Eadie) (70cl, 52.7%)

This Dalmore was distilled in 2015 and bottled in 2026 at ten years old, for James Eadie's The Distilleries of Great Britain & Ireland. It was matured in two first fill bourbon barrels and bottled at cask strength, 52.7%, in a 70cl bottle. The outturn is 556 bottles, and it is natural colour and non-chill-filtered. The nose is bright, with fine vanilla, citrus fruit and a light touch of wood. On the palate there is intense vanilla from the bourbon maturation, balanced by lively citrus and firm oak spice. The finish is long and dry, with oak spice.
