A 12-year-old Dalmore single malt, bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. It is finished in three different styles of aged oloroso sherry casks, which bring nutty flavours balanced by a sweet PX influence.
The nose has caramelised orange, ginger and sultanas laced with honey. On the palate come dark chocolate and crushed almonds with a dusting of cinnamon, and the finish turns to sweet mango, panna cotta and lemon sponge cake.
