Dalmore 12 Year Old Sherry Cask Select is a Highland single malt in a 70cl bottle at 43% ABV. Colouring is added and it is chill-filtered.
The whisky is finished in three different kinds of aged Oloroso sherry casks. These casks previously held both Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry, so the nutty character of the Oloroso is balanced by a sweet PX influence.
