This Dalmore 12 Year Old is a Highland single malt bottled by Signatory Vintage as part of its Un-Chillfiltered Collection. It was distilled on 4 June 2014 and is bottled without chill-filtration or added colour.
The whisky first matured in bourbon barrels, then spent over two years in two first-fill Oloroso sherry butts.
It is described as showing ripe orange, dark chocolate, vanilla, cinnamon, coffee and spicy oak.
