Dalmore 12 Years Sherry Cask Select is a Highland single malt from Scotland, bottled at 43% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It was matured in a mix of Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, which were seasoned specially for Dalmore.
Sherry casks are a familiar sight in the Dalmore warehouses. Here, the use of several different kinds of sherry cask is what gives this twelve-year-old a broader, more balanced flavour.
