Dalmore 15 Years Old is a Highland single malt bottled at 40% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
It spends 12 years maturing in bourbon casks and is then finished in sherry casks that previously held Matusalem, Apostoles and Amoroso sherry.
The distillery was probably founded in 1839 and has belonged to Whyte & Mackay since the 1960s, after several changes of owner along the way. The fifteen-year-old is described as a full, complex malt.
