This is Dalmore 16 Year Old Luminary No.2, the 2024 edition of a limited series of three single malts created by figures from the worlds of whisky and architectural design.
Dalmore's Master Whisky Maker Gregg Glass worked on this release with Melodie Leung of Zaha Hadid Architects. The whisky was matured in American white oak ex-Bourbon casks, then finished in Graham's Tawny Port pipes and 30 year old Apostoles sherry casks, with the lightest touch of exceptionally rare peated Dalmore. It comes in a 70cl bottle.
