This is an 18-year-old Highlands single malt from Dalmore, in a 75cl bottle. It was aged in both ex-bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks.
The nose is full of vanilla, chocolate, orange peel and cinnamon spice. On the palate come nutmeg, candied orange peel and rich coffee, with hints of liquorice.
