Dalmore 21 Years Old 2023 Edition is a single malt from the distillery at Alness, on the Cromarty Firth north of Inverness. It is bottled at 43.8% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky matured for 21 years in a combination of American white oak ex-bourbon casks and first-fill Matusalem Oloroso sherry casks from the González Byass bodega. The pairing with the sherry producer gives a powerful, refined whisky with plenty of character.
