Dalmore 25 Year Old is a single malt matured for 25 years and bottled at 42% in a 70cl bottle. It brings together whisky aged in a varied set of casks: ex-bourbon casks, tawny Port pipes and casks that previously held 30-year-old Matusalem Oloroso sherry.
The nose offers exotic fruits, citrus, vanilla pods, treacle toffee and fig cake. On the palate are Madagascan vanilla pods, thick treacle toffee and chocolate truffles. The finish brings maple syrup, dark chocolate and spiced gingerbread.
